In this class we will create a handmade journal using a variety of materials included in the class sign up fee. This is a mixed media art class co-taught by both Grace and Rhonda. Every class will be held in Grace's studio in the Underground of the Denver Art Society at 734 Santa Fe Dr. Denver CO 80204.

03/20 Week 1: Front Cover: Create the cover of our handmade journals with an acrylic paint pour on canvas board
03/27 Week 2: Astrology and Drawing lesson: Each student will draw their sun sign using oil pastels on paper
04/03 Week 3: Astrology and Painting lesson: Each student will paint their moon sign using watercolor paints on paper
04/10 Week 4: Astrology and Drawing lesson: Each student will draw their Chinese zodiac sign for the year their were born using charcoal on paper
04/17 Week 5: Astrology and Drawing lesson: Each student will draw their Chinese Zodiac sign for the month they were born using colored pencils on paper

05/01 Week 6: End Cover: Final acrylic paint pour painting on canvas board inspired by each student's journal and their astrological signs
