    Maxwellvision, aka maxwell, is a musical and visual artist. A professional drummer for 25 years, his work can be heard in television, film and commercials. He has been nominated the Cleo Award for his work with Guess Jeans and featured in the Fortune 500 Magazine. He is also musical co-author of popular television hits Gene Simmons Family Jewels and the cartoon hit Spongebob. He is currently recording and touring with his son Nathen Maxwell who is well known as the bassist of the international successful group Flogging Molly. Together they created The Bunny Gang and have toured thru-out Europe, Japan and America. His solo records MagicBox Whojaba have received critical acclaim.

    As a visual artist maxwellvision has mentored under Diana Wong, Norton Wisdom and Tadashi Hayakawa, His work has been described as spiritual, minimal and modern. He began showing his art for the first time in Denver after moving there to co-create The Bunny Gang and has been featured with interviews in magazines and radio. His work has been shown in prominent Los Angeles gallery’s including Patricia Corriera, Merging One, Don O’Melvany and in Denver at Space and Artwork Network,

Currently maxwell is developing the Transition Theater, based in Denver. This evolving group of artists is creating beautiful contemporary performances based on the theme of spiritual awakening. Merging ambient live music with film and interpretive dancers, the Transition experience is emotional, intimate, uplifting and on the wave of the new conscious movement in the arts.
