The Infinite Monkey Theorem

The Infinite Monkey Theorem will be opening for First Fridays starting May 6th 2011. Pizzeria Basta from Boulder will be providing the food and Mile High Sound Movement will be spinning as always. We will be pouring ridiculously good white and red wines for $8 and $10 a glass. 

The Infinite Monkey Theorem (IMT) is an urban winery operated by one “mad scientist” working out of a converted Quonset hut on a back alley in the Sante Fe Arts District of Denver. Our station in the city is both a physical and metaphorical break from what we feel is an old guard of winemaking. By eschewing the rolling hills and lush pastoral scenes, we leave you to judge our wine on its merits and not on its surrounding meadows.
