For thirty years, Artists on Santa Fe Gallery has been known as a gallery/studio business operating in the Arts District on historic Santa Fe Drive. Originally, the building housed the studios of four ceramists and over the years has expanded to include twenty-five artists working in a wide variety of media. Many of the artists participate in national juried shows and have been published in professional art journals.
An exceptional group of artists exhibit work in functional and sculptural ceramics; paintings in oil, acrylic and mixed media; photography; glass, and ceramic jewelry. The public is encouraged to explore the large building and visit with the artists in a unique open studios atmosphere.
The Gallery is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please visit our website or call us with questions (303-573-5903).

I’ve lived in Colorado since 1967, studied painting at the University of Colorado at Denver and Boulder, exhibited in various galleries and institutions in Colorado, most recently the Mizel Arts and Culture Center. I construct my paintings as stage settings where complexities of the world are reduced to a few actors and relationships: machines, animals, ghosts or spirits, ancient ruins. I like to keep in mind where we are coming from, and that it’s also where we are going.
